THIS dark comedy from the UK is a tale of two likeable but wayward young Russian immigrants who come to London in an attempt to amass an easy fortune.
But it’s not too long before Spiker and Cobakka realize that legally, they aren’t going to get very far.
So, aided by the dodgy Artash they learn to shoplift from supermarkets, rip off banks, joyride on the tube and turn mobile phones into crack.
Finding themselves drawn into a shadowy underworld of backstreet drug deals and nightclubs packed with refugees and nymphomaniacs, life begins to turn sour and the highs begin to fade.
While Spiker misses his girlfriend and seeks consolation in drugs, slipping into serious addiction, Cobakka is forced into making some life changing decisions.
Bigga Than Ben stars Ben Barnes, the hot young actor who shot to prominence in last year’s blockbuster The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian and alongside Jessica Biel in Easy Virtue.
He’ll next be seen in The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader. And alongside Colin Firth in Dorian Gray
