The film, directed by Richard Lester, tells the story of how the infamous duo teamed up and features all the standard shootouts, heists and the requisite train robbery.
The film is being released on DVD on August 2, 2010, thanks to Optimum Home Releasing as part of its Classic Western Collection.
Other titles include 100 Rifles, The Last Wagon (both August 2) and Rawhide, The Return of Frank James and White Feather (on August 9).
