Complementing the engaging storylines are a superb line-up of guest cast including Kevin Federline, Sean Young, Danny Bonaduce and Scott Wilson along with the vocal talents of singer John Mayer and spectacle of the renowned Cirque Du Soleil.

Episode 7.09, Living Legend features the talents of rock legend Roger Daltrey as mobster and chameleon Mikey Dunn who returns to Las Vegas to settle a few mob scores.

Says Daltrey on being asked to star in an episode: “How could I refuse? It felt like an honour”.

And to round off this DVD collection, Episode 7.12, Sweet Jane sees the arrival of new CSI Michael Keppler (Liev Schreiber) who takes over from Grissom while he’s on a teaching sabbatical. However, there’s more to Keppler than he’s letting on – something dark lurks in his past that threatens to rear its ugly head.

A contemporary cultural phenomenon, CSI has distinguished itself around the globe, gripping international audiences season after season as an innovative “whodunnit” that relies on the “howdunnit” of forensics to solve the crime.

The series follows the mantra of Gil Grissom: “I tend not to believe people; they lie. The evidence never lies.”

Created Anthony E. Zuiker and executive produced by Jerry Bruckheimer (Pirates of the Caribbean, Con Air, Pearl Harbor), CSI blends high-action cop drama with scientific procedure utilizing cutting- edge special effects to travel inside the anatomy of the crime.
