MIRANDA Otto (The Lord Of The Ring: The Two Towers and The Return Of The King) teams up with real-life partner Richard Roxburgh (Moulin Rouge) and Matt Day (Murial’s Wedding) in the multi-award winning Australian road movie with a difference, Doing Time For Patsy Cline.

This heart-warming comedy and ode to country music comes to DVD on June 20, 2011 courtesy of Crabtree Films.

Ralph is off to seek fame and fortune in Nashville. The young musician leaves his parents farm with just his guitar and a plane ticket, but fate intervenes when he encounters unstable drug thief Boyd (Roxburgh) and his enticing girlfriend, Patsy (Otto).

Ralph embarks on an incredible journey with one route leading to Ralph being framed for drug trafficking and the other showing a future Ralph always dreamed of – fame, fortune and Patsy Cline.

Nominated for 10 AFI Awards and winner of Australian Writer’s Guild Award for Best Screenplay, Doing Time for Patsy Cline is a winsome, witty comedy with a big heart.
