British hard man Jason Statham takes you on an ass-kicking, adrenaline-fuelled roller coaster in the box-office hit Safe, released on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Download on September 10, by Momentum Pictures.
From director Boaz Yakin (Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time) and the producers of Kill Bill, Pulp Fiction and Inglourious Basterds, Jason Statham (The Expendables, The Mechanic, The Transporter) once again dominates the screen as an all-out action hero along with a strong support cast including Chris Sarandon, (Fright Night, The Princess Bride) and James Hong (Blade Runner, Big Trouble in Little China).
When disillusioned ex-government agent Luke Wright (Statham) exposes the Russian mafia for rigging illegal fights, he is forced into a life of destitution and obscurity after they murder his wife and threaten to kill anyone close to him.
Big things begin to stir in the city, when Triad boss Han Jiao (Hong) appears in New York, and gives a 10 year old mathematical prodigy Mei (Catherine Chan) Chana secret number to memorise. Mei is violently kidnapped from the Triads by the Russian mafia, who want the information she now has in her head.
Luke uncovers the plot and over the course of one harrowing night snaps back to life, tearing through the city’s underworld in order to save Mei’s life and redeem his own.
