About Venom

One of Marvel’s most enigmatic, complex and badass characters comes to the big screen, starring Academy Award® nominated actor Tom Hardy as the lethal protector Venom.

Charting the evolution story of the character, the film follows Eddie Brock (Hardy), who has become a broken man after he loses everything, including his job and fiancee.

Just when his life is at its lowest, he becomes host to an alien symbiote which results in extraordinary superpowers – transforming him into Venom.

But will these powers be enough for this new lethal protector to defeat great evil forces, especially against the far stronger and more weaponised symbiote rival, Riot?

Venom also stars Riz Ahmed, Michelle Williams, Jenny Slate and Scott Haze and is directed by Ruben Fleischer.

A sequel to the film is currently in development.

Venom is available now on digital and on Blu-ray and DVD from February 4, 2019.
