Preview by Jack Foley

TO celebrate the release of Denial on Blu-ray and DVD on June 5, 2017, a special screening of the critically-acclaimed film is taking place at London’s Imperial War Museum on June 6, with arrivals from 5pm.

Starring Academy Award® winner Rachel Weisz, alongside Timothy Spall, Andrew Scott and Tom Wilkinson, Denial is the gripping and inspirational true story of a relentless fight for justice.

When writer Deborah Lipstadt (Weisz) speaks out against the lies of Holocaust denier David Irving (Spall) she is faced with a high-stakes battle to uncover one of the darkest deceptions in history.

Passionate, fiery and independent she decides she must face him in court to fight the battle for the truth, even though the odds are solidly stacked against her.

Prior to attending the special screening, guests will have the opportunity to explore the museum’s Holocaust exhibition and take part in a special Q&A moderated by the Jewish News, with panellists from JW3, The Wiener Library, UCL Holocaust Education and Holocaust Memorial Day Trust.

The Imperial War Museum is located in Lambeth Road, London, SE1 6HZ.
