Without A Trace follows authoritative agent Jack Malone (Anthony LaPaglia; CSI, Summer of Sam) and his driven colleagues (including Marianne Jean-Baptiste and Enrique Murciano), who form the fictitious, New York-based, FBI Missing Persons Squad.
This expert team apply advanced psychological profiling techniques to peel back the layers of the victim’s life, and trace their whereabouts in an effort to discover whether they have been abducted, murdered, committed suicide or have simply run away.
This latest season to come to DVD follows on from the cliff-hanger ending of Season 3 with Martin Fitzgerald (Eric Close) recovering from the near-fatal gunshot wounds he received in a terrifying gun battle.
Martin develops an addiction to painkillers whilst Danny Taylor (Murciano) battles Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Stretched for help, the team also enlist a new member, Elena Delgado (Roselyn Sanchez), a former NYPD vice squad officer with an aggressive streetwise attitude and Jack begins a romance with the widow of a former mentor killed in the line of duty.
Without A Trace: Season 4 is consistently as thrilling to watch as the previous seasons with 24 new gripping episodes full of fast-paced drama that shows a completely different angle of crime shows.
