Star Wars visits Chessington at Halloween

BETWEEN October 21 and October 31, 2006, Star Wars-themed Halloween celebrations will transform Chessington World of Adventure into a galactic fantasy.
Stormtroopers will patrol the park, staff show off their skills with lightsabers, while picture opportunities with key Star Wars characters, including various Jedi Knights, a Jedi starfighter, R2-D2 and Darth Vader himself, will be there for the taking.
There will be a live action show on the Market Square stage in which Darth Vader, Jedi Knights and stormtroopers will show off their skills in a dramatic rendition of good versus evil.
A Jedi Training Academy will teach Jedi apprentices the art of the Jedi Knights, including lightening lightsaber techniques.
And young Padawans can enjoy a Star Wars show in the Dragon’s Tale Theatre.
All that, plus the usual ‘trick and treats’ in Beanoland, and a daily fancy dress competition.
For the Halloween celebrations, Chessington World of Adventure will be open until 8pm.
