TOAST, the northern hemisphere’s largest celebration of New Zealand and Australian food, wine and culture, takes place at Fulham Palace with Toast New Zealand on Saturday, July 21 and Toast Australia on Sunday, July 22, 2007.
Visitors can indulge in authentic Australasian cuisine, sample a huge range of fine wine, enjoy top antipodean entertainment and culture groups, buy some great produce from down under, plan a holiday, or even find that dream property.
Taste a selection of unique Australasian cuisine from top restaurants; see culinary talent in action in the Chef’s Kitchen; and learn which wines accompany which foods in the Food and Wine Matching Theatre. All signature/sample dishes will be priced around £5.
Taste over 200 wines from a selection of large and boutique wineries and learn top tips from the experts in the three Wine Tasting Theatres.
Enjoy a host of music, comedy and cultural performances across three entertainment stages and anticipate World Cup fever in the new rugby feature.
