Andy Serkis and Isla Fisher join Burke And Hare

ANDY Serkis and Isla Fisher have joined Simon Pegg on new horror comedy Burke and Hare.
The film, which marks John Landis’ return to feature directing after more than 10 years, will also feature Tom Wilkinson, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Based on the true story of England’s earliest serial killers, William Burke and William Hare, the film will examine how the gravediggers went about selling the corpses of their victims to a medical college for dissection.
Serkis will play Hare opposite Pegg’s Burke, Fisher will play Pegg’s girlfriend who may be an accomplice and Wilkinson will play an anatomy lecturer looking for fresh corpses.
Shooting is due to begin in Edinburgh and London on January 31.
Serkis has just been nominated for a BAFTA for his portrayal of Ian Dury in Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll
