BFI IMAX to host Terminator all-nighter

THE BFI IMAX is to host a Terminator all-nighter on Saturday, October 3, 2009.
The four films are being shown in 35mm, 70mm and Digital Cinema Presentation format, back-to-back from 8.30pm.
Sci-fi fans are invited to join Arnold Schwarzenegger and Christian Bale in the epic battle against artificially intelligent computer controlled machines intent on world domination and the destruction of humanity.
There will be short breaks between each film and complimentary teas and coffees served throughout to ensure your staying power until the final battle at dawn…
The four films are…
The Terminator (35mm), directed by James Cameron, and starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Michael Biehn and Linda Hamilton (107mins, cert. 18);
Terminator 2: Judgment Day (70mm), directed by James Cameron, and starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Edward Furlong and Robert Patrick (137mins, Cert. 15);
Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (35mm), directed by Jonathan Mostow, and starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Nick Stahl, Claire Danes and Kristanna Loken (109 mins, Cert. 12A);
And Terminator Salvation (Digital Cinema Presentation), directed by McG, and starring Christian Bale, Sam Worthington, Moon Bloodgood and Helena Bonham Carter (115mins, certificate 12A).
Please note, 35mm and 70mm films will only fill approx. one third of the giant screen.
