Cara Delevingne joins Nat Wolff in Paper Towns

Story by Jack Foley

MODEL-turned-actress Cara Delevingne has landed the female lead in Young Adult novel adaptation Paper Towns.

She will line up alongside Nat Wolff in the film, which follows a teen named Quentin (played by Wolff) who harbours a long-time crush on his neighbour Margo (Delevingne) and who agrees to join her for some acts of rebellion and revenge in their latter years.

However, just as he finds himself getting close to her again he loses her when she suddenly disappears.

Jake Schreier, of Robot & Frank fame, is directing.

The film is likely to appeal to fans of The Fault In Our Stars, the writers of which – Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber – are back here.

Delevingne is a model who has worked with Topshop, DKNY, Oscar de la Renta, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, and more.

She has also recently branched out into acting, beginning with a small part in 2012’s Anna Karenina, and then starring alongside Kate Beckinsale and Daniel Bruhl in Michael Winterbottom’s upcoming thriller The Face of an Angel.

She will also appear in Justin Chadwick’s Tulip Fever and has a small role in Warner Bros.’ upcoming project Pan.
