Christopher Nolan to release new film in 2017

Interstellar

Story by Jack Foley

CHRISTOPHER Nolan’s next movie will open in cinemas on July 21, 2017.

The as-yet untitled project will mark the director’s first film since Interstellar, which opened last November and enjoyed a world-wide grosses of $673 million.

Warner Bros. has all rights on the new project but has so far refused to give any details of what the plot entails. There is also no word on likely cast members.

In fact, the dating announcement is the first and only news of the project.

Nolan’s other work includes the Dark Knight series — Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises — along with his 2010 sci-fi hit Inception. The Batman trilogy grossed $2.45 billion worldwide.
