Entourage actor hints at President Obama movie cameo

Entourage

ENTOURAGE star Adrian Grenier, aka Vince in the HBO TV series, has claimed that US President Barack Obama has agreed to appear in the movie version of the show.

A post on his Facebook page features the actor with the President followed by the suggestion that he had asked the Commander-in-Chief to appear in the upcoming movie.

He claims: “I promised to make the Entourage movie if he would do a cameo. He agreed. Seriously.”

President Obama has previously come out as a fan of the show, after Entourage co-star Jerry Ferrara revealed in 2009 that the US President liked it.

Although Entourage aired its final season last year, both the show’s creator Doug Ellin and its producer, Mark Wahlberg, have spoken of their determination to bring it to the big screen.

The movie now seems even more likely after HBO decided not to pick up Ellin’s pilots for 40 or Da Brick, according to reports.
