George Clooney confirmed for The Descendants

GEORGE Clooney has been confirmed as the main star of Alexander Payne’s next film, The Descendants.
The family drama will also co-star Shailene Woodley, who will play his daughter, according to Variety.
Based on the novel by Kaui Hart Hemmings, the film follows an attorney (played by Clooney) who is forced to get closer to his daughters after a family tragedy.
Woodley can currently be seen on TV’s The Secret Life of the American Teenager, while Clooney has just landed an Oscar nomination for his performance in Jason Reitman’s Up In The Air
