London Film Festival 2007: 10 films to savour
Preview by Jack Foley
THE TIMES BF1 51st London Film Festival gets underway today (October 17) with David Cronenberg’s Eastern Promises leading the way.
IndieLondon picks out the 10 films you should have booked to see, or must put in your diary for the coming months, ahead of the fortnight of films that lie in wait.
These include the high-profile likes of The Assassination of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford and Into The Wild, as well as lesser known gems such as 4 Months, 3 Weeks, 2 Days.
Whether you’ve booked up to see them as part of the festival, or need to put them in your diary for future months, our selections try to reflect the diversity of what’s on show at this year’s festival.
