Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga set for The Conjuring

Story by Jack Foley

PATRICK Wilson and Vera Farmiga are in talks to star in new supernatural thriller The Conjuring.

If successful, the film would reunite Wilson with James Wan, who directed him in Insidious.

The film would see Wilson and Farmiga play a husband and wife team of demonologists and psychic investigators who enter the most horrifying case of their career while trying to combat spirits in a Rhode Island farmhouse.

The story is based on the real-life story of the Perron family and their ordeals in the 1970s.

Shooting is scheduled to take place in March in North Carolina.
