SKYFALL and Les Miserables are among the films screening at the king of alfresco venues, The Scoop at More London, the riverside amphitheatre in 2013.

Now in its 11th year, the More London Free Film Festival is part of the More London Free Festival, which entertains thousands every summer with a superb programme of fringe events, a month of music, award-winning theatre and film screenings all completely free.

Experience an inspirational mix of classic, cult and contemporary films rarely shown elsewhere in a location unlike any other.

This purpose-built, sunken, 1,000-seater riverside amphitheatre on the South Bank offers stunning views of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Where better to sit back, relax, and watch one of your favourite films on a 25ft cinema screen?

The More London Free Film Festival opens on Wednesday, September 11 with the superb Skyfall.

This is followed by Ang Lee’s Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Tim Burton’s Frankenweenie, classic 80s sci-fi adventure comedy Back To The Future, the legendary Spaghetti western The Good, The Bad & The Ugly, multi-Oscar winning Les Miserables, Michael Haneke’s Oscar-winning art-house film Amour and Hitchcock’s The Birds (which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year).

More London asked its Occupiers to vote for the last film to be shown and they chose the 1978 romantic musical, Grease.
