Spectre: Check out the latest IMAX poster

Spectre IMAX poster

Story by Jack Foley

In anticipation of the upcoming release of SPECTRE, IMAX has just released an exclusive poster featuring 007 himself.

Centred on SPECTRE’s dramatic opening scene which takes place in Mexico City during the hauntingly beautiful Dia de los Muertes celebrations – the Day of the Dead holiday – James Bond is decked out in a customary skull mask radiating the mystery that 007 fans know and love.

James Bond has overcome villains, been in high speed pursuits, and jumped out of helicopters, but SPECTRE will test your favourite agent and drop him into a brand new environment.

Bond is not there to celebrate among the floats and celebrations, but to take on members of an evil organization.

About SPECTRE

A cryptic message from the past sends James Bond on a rogue mission to Mexico City and eventually Rome, where he meets Lucia Sciarra (Monica Bellucci), the beautiful and forbidden widow of an infamous criminal.

Bond infiltrates a secret meeting and uncovers the existence of the sinister organization known as SPECTRE.

Meanwhile, back in London, Max Denbigh (Andrew Scott), the new head of the Centre for National Security, questions Bond’s actions and challenges the relevance of MI6, led by M (Ralph Fiennes).

Bond covertly enlists Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) and Q (Ben Whishaw) to help him seek out Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux), the daughter of his old nemesis Mr White (Jesper Christensen), who may hold the clue to untangling the web of SPECTRE.

As the daughter of an assassin, she understands Bond in a way most others cannot.

SPECTRE is released in UK cinemas and in IMAX on October 26, 2015.
