Aled Jones re-schedules UK cathedral tour to 2013

Aled Jones

Story by Jack Foley

ALED Jones’ much anticipated October UK Cathedral Tour has had to be rescheduled to April and May 2013.

This is due to Aled’s new television role as the male host of ITV Daybreak.

Aled commented: “I’m very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused to all those who have already bought tickets and made arrangements to attend the October concerts.

“It is not possible for me to take the time out from Daybreak for this tour so soon after I start. I will, however, be able to do so in April / May 2013 and will look forward to touring these prestigious venues in the spring!”

Unfortunately due to scheduling, the shows at Manchester Cathedral and Sheffield Cathedral have been cancelled.

Additionally, the guest local choirs for each concert will be confirmed as soon as possible for the re-scheduled dates and ticket holders will be contacted directly once finalised.

Tickets for all other original shows remain valid.

The new tour dates are as follows (all April and May 2013):

April
6 – Durham Cathedral
8 – Bangor Cathedral
9 – Cardiff Metropolitan Cathedral
10 – Gloucester Cathedral
12 – Liverpool Cathedral
15 – Norwich Cathedral
16 – Ely Cathedral
17 – Derby Cathedral
19 – York Minster
26 – Truro Cathedral
27 – Guildford Cathedral
