AMY Winehouse has decided to cancel all her remaining live dates and promotional appearances for the remainder of the year (2007).

In a statement issued on Tuesday, November 27, the singer said that she cannot perform without having her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, by her side.

Fielder-Civil is currently in prison awaiting to enter a plea for charges of perverting the course of justice.

The statement from Winehouse read: “I can’t give it my all onstage without my Blake. I’m so sorry but I don’t want to do the shows half-heartedly. I love singing.

“My husband is everything to me and without him it’s just not the same.”

Winehouse was due to return to London’s Brixton Academy in December to continue her current tour of the UK – but she was reportedly booed from the stage on Saturday, following a performance at London’s Hammersmith Apollo.

She had also been due to play at the Cardiff International Arena on Wednesday and further gigs were planned in December in Dublin, Belfast and Manchester.

Ticket refunds for all cancelled shows are available from the points of purchase.
