Ed Robertson says of the upcoming shows: “We’re excited to be returning to the UK, one of our favourite places to tour.”

The UK dates commence in March in Birmingham before culminating with a night at the Royal Albert Hall.

The Barenaked Ladies 2020 tour dates are (all March and April 2020):

March
31 – Birmingham O2 Institute

April

2 – Aberdeen Beach Ballroom
4 – Glasgow Royal Concert Hall
5 – Manchester O2 Ritz
7 – Bath Forum
8 – Portsmouth Pyramids
9 – Cambridge Corn Exchange

Joining Barenaked Ladies in the UK will be their friend and touring colleague, Boothby Graffoe. Additional special guest KT Tunstall will join at the previously announced Easter Saturday show at the Royal Albert Hall.

Tickets for the UK tour will go on sale on Friday, November 22 at 10am GMT. VIP packages, which will include exclusive merchandise, a sound-check party, as well as premium seating (in seated venues) or early entrance (for GA venues) will be available on Wednesday, November 20.

Earlier this year, BNL released Fake Nudes: Naked, a digital EP featuring acoustic renditions of eight songs from the band’s fifteenth studio album, Fake Nudes.

Just last month, they released the vinyl-exclusive album, Original Hits, Original Stars. This greatest hits collection includes their iconic Big Bang Theory Theme, which makes its first ever appearance on vinyl.
