Ben & Jerry's Sundae Festival: The Feeling to headline

The Feeling

Story by Jack Foley

THE Feeling and The Proclaimers have been confirmed as the headline acts for this year’s Ben & Jerry’s Sundae on July 28 and 29.

They will be joined by a strong line-up including Kate Nash, The Bees and The Hours, plus lashings of free ice cream.

The festival takes place on Clapham Common and lasts from noon until 8pm. And while it’s mostly sold out, if you don’t have a ticket, a limited number will be available on the day, priced at £8.75.

Aside from the music and ice-cream, other activities on offer include toe wrestling, coconut shys and a variety of fairground rides. Plus, the prospect of sampling (for free) all 17 different flavours of Ben and Jerry’s ice-cream.

For the first time this year, all tickets sold will help to support a solar panel project in India as part of Ben and Jerry’s plan to tackle climate change
