Beth Rowley

Story by Jack Foley

IT HAS just been confirmed that Beth Rowley has contributed two songs to the soundtrack of eagerly anticipated film Edge of Love, starring Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller.

The film, which follows a love triangle between legendary British poet Dylan Thomas and his two teenage loves, is to launch the Edinburgh film festival on June 18 and is due for general release on June 20. It could well become a British cinema classic.

The inclusion of two of Beth’s songs on the soundtrack promises to catapult this rapidly emerging singer further into the limelight.

In addition, Beth will release So Sublime as the second single to be taken from her highly anticipated debut album Little Dreamer on May 12.

Co-written by Rod Bowkett, So Sublime showcases Beth’s glorious and effortlessly charming voice, and is as equally uplifting as it is engaging. Building gradually, the track is centred around Beth’s emotive melody and perfectly reflects the tone and personal mood of the album.

The first single from her album, Oh My Life, was A-listed at Radio 2, and So Sublime looks set to follow in its footsteps.
