Brian Wilson announces greatest hits shows (2008)

BRIAN Wilson, the legendary mainman behind iconic outfit The Beach Boys, is to play a series of greatest hits shows in the UK this summer.
Billed as ‘An Evening With Brian Wilson’, the set will span the length and breadth of the acclaimed songwriter’s career, featuring a mix of Beach Boys’ sunshine classics and his own material.
So far, just three shows have been announced, including one as part of the English Heritage Picnic Concerts at Kenwood House in June 2008. A further show in London takes place at the Royal Albert Hall on July 1.
The summer shows are (all 2008):
June
28 – London Kenwood House (English Heritage Picnic Concerts)
29 – Ipswich Regent Theatre
July
1 – London Royal Albert Hall
