Camden Crawl 2007: Akala among first acts

AKALA, New Young Pony Club, Findlay Brown and Simple Kid are among the acts announced for this year’s Camden Crawl in London.

They’ll be joined by the likes of Blood Red Shoes, I Am Kloot and I Am Kloot along with a host of other hotly-tipped acts.

This year’s Camden Crawl will, for the first time, take place over two days at 15 different venues across Camden on April 19 and 20. It promises to feature up to 90 artists.

Past Crawls have played host to early performances from the likes of The Kooks, Klaxons, The Automatic, Maximo Park and Dirty Pretty Things, as well as thousands of sweaty music fans.

This year’s selection promises to be just as popular, if not more so than previous years given the quantity of acts taking part and the new two-day format.

Further acts will be announced in the coming weeks but tickets are currently available. The line-up so far is as follows:
