Crystal Fighters announce major European tour for 2019 including Brixton Academy

Crystal Fighters

Story by Jack Foley

CRYSTAL Fighters have announced a major European tour for 2019.

Focusing heavily on Spain, where they’re already established as party-starting festival headliners, it concludes with a major London show at the O2 Academy Brixton.

The trio started out playhouse warehouse parties in London and are now regularly heralded as one of the world’s most vital live experiences.

To coincide with the announcement, Crystal Fighters are sharing a new track, Goin’ Harder, which features Bomba Estéreo. Together they’ve stirred an exuberant concoction of influences: Latin America grooves, pure Basque energy, psychedelic pop and punchy electronic beats.

Crystal Fighters Graham Dickson commented: “Goin’ Harder is a song about feeling the burn to tear it up so badly that you are willing to sacrifice anything in the moment. Life is too short not to go as hard as possible, so this one is an anthem for those who shred life to the fullest! Turn it up and let’s rip!”

Tickets go on general sale from 10am on Friday, November 9 and will be available from here – or visit the band’s social media pages for special presale access from Tuesday, November 6.
