Story by Jack Foley

AFTER claiming a fourth number 1 album with Concrete and Gold in September, rock giants Foo Fighters have continued their colossal 2017 by selling out their three UK stadium dates in under four hours, including two dates at London Stadium June 22 and 23, 2018.

Waking up to the news, Dave Grohl said: “Hey UK…. what better way to wake up than a hot, black coffee and 3 sold out stadiums. Unreal! You’ve always made us feel so at home there. Now it’s our turn to give it back. We’re gonna light those motherfuckers up…. See you there, Dave”

Chis York, from the band UK promoters SJM, added: “ Incredible sales for Foo Fighters 2018 tour. Shows the depth and passion of their brilliant fanbase in the UK and a reflection of how amazing the band are live. Looking forward to what will be an unbelievable run of shows. Congratulations to the band and everyone involved with making this such a phenomenal success. Once again!”

Foo Fighters’ continued domination of the UK charts has seen Foo Fighters hit Number 1 in the Official UK Charts for the fourth time of their career with acclaimed album Concrete and Gold selling in excess of 100,000 copies to date.
