FUNERAL For A Friend have announced an extensive UK tour to coincide with the release of their third album, including a night at London’s Brixton Academy in May.

The new album, Tales Don’t Tell Themselves, is due for release in May on Atlantic Records and tickets for the concert go on sale at 9am Saturday, February 24, 2007.

Speaking about the imminent tour, drummer Ryan Richards said: “As much fun as it’s been writing and recording the new album, we can’t wait to get back out there on the road again.

“It’s hard to believe it’s almost a year since our last tour, so to start where we left off in the good old UK is gonna be great. “

The band will also be playing a special date at Cardiff’s ICA on Saturday, December 22.
