James Blunt announces early 2011 UK tour

JAMES Blunt has announced plans to embark on an extensive headline tour of the UK in February and March 2011.

Hitting the road to promote his forthcoming new album, Blunt will release new single Stay The Night on October 25, followed by his third album Some Kind of Trouble on November 8, 2010.

The tour kicks off in Glasgow on February 17 and includes a night at London’s Hammersmith Apollo, before culminating in Portsmouth on March 4.

21 – Royal Civic Concert Hall
22 – Civic Hall, Wolverhampton
23 – O2 Apollo, Manchester

26 – Colston Hall, Bristol
27 – HMV Hammersmith Apollo, London

March

1 – Corn Exchange, Cambridge
3 – Pavilions, Plymouth
4 – Guildhall, Portsmouth

Tickets go on sale from 9am on Friday, September 24 and are priced from £29.50.

Blunt’s new album, Some Kind of Trouble, was produced by Steve Robson, with co-production by Greg Kurstin and Eg White.
