Joe Satriani announces 10-date UK tour (2013)

JOE Satriani, one of rock music’s most respected and celebrated electric guitar players, will undertake a 10-date UK tour in June 2013.
Starting on Saturday, June 8 at the Manchester Apollo, the tour – which marks Satriani’s first UK tour since the Black Swans and Wormhole Wizards Tour 2010 – concludes with a couple of nights in London.
Very special guest is blues guitarist Matt Schofield.
The tour coincides with the news that Satriani will record a new solo album later this year for a worldwide release via Sony in May 2013.
The enterprising guitarist is also in the planning stages of releasing a career retrospective box set for spring 2013.
