Korn announce UK tour (2008)

FOLLOWING the release of their Untitled album, Korn return to the UK in January for the first time in two years to play their most extensive UK tour for seven years.

The tour will begin in Ireland on January 13, 2008, taking in two Dublin shows, before moving to the UK for seven shows throughout Scotland and England.

They will conclude with a night at London’s Brixton Academy on January 25.

The tour dates are (all January 2008):

13 & 14 – Dublin Ambassador Ballroom
16 – Newcastle Academy
17 – Glasgow Academy
19 – Manchester Apollo
20 – Birmingham Academy
22 – Plymouth Pavillions
23 – Cardiff International Arena
25 – Brixton Academy

Tickets go on sale on Friday, September 28. UK tickets are £25 (except London, £27.50) and Dublin (€45).

Korn’s Untitled album was produced by See You On The Other Side producer Atticus Ross (also known for his revolutionary work with Nine Inch Nails).

It’s the fouth album (the second studio) to be released through the ground-breaking partnership among Korn and Virgin Records established in 2005 by EMI.
