Laura Marling announces November dates (2008)

LAURA Marling will return to the UK in November for a week-long tour dubbed The Night Terror Tour.
The prolific singer – who has been playing shows across Europe, Australia and the US in the last few months, as well as being nominated for the Mercury Music Prize – will play a total of eight dates, culminating at London’s Scala.
The tour dates are (all November 2008):
1 – Glasgow Arts School
2 – Leeds Brudenell
4 – Nottingham Rescue Rooms
5 – Portsmouth Wedgewood
7 – Bristol Trinity Arts Centre
8 – Manchester Club Academy
9 – Birmingham Glee Club
11 – London Scala
Marling has also announced a tour of America for September / early October, entitled the Fee Fi Foe Fum tour, with Johnny Flynn and Mumford and Sons.
Laura Marling was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize for her debut album, Alas I Cannot Swim, which came out in February this year.
She also appears on the new Mystery Jets album, on the track Young Love, as well as the new Noah & The Whale release, Peaceful, The World Lays Me Down
