Lee Ann Womack announces All The Trouble UK tour (2018)

Story by Jack Foley

MULTI-Award winning singer-songwriter Lee Ann Womack will return to the UK this October as part of her All The Trouble tour and will be joined by special guest Charlie Worsham.

The tour comes off the release of Womack’s new album The Lonely, The Lonesome And The Gone, a hybrid of country, soul, gospel and blues.

Recorded at Houston’s historic SugarHill Recording Studios and produced by Womack’s husband and fellow Texan, Frank Liddell (fresh off a 2017 ACM Album of the Year win for Miranda Lambert’s The Weight of These Wings) the album marks the culmination of a journey that began with Womack’s 2005 CMA Album of the Year, There’s More Where That Come From moving her toward an authentic American music that celebrates her roots and adds to the canon.

Womack has released a total of six studio albums and received five Academy of Country Music Awards, six Country Music Association Awards, and a Grammy Award.

Lee Ann Womack’s UK dates follows an extensive headline tour of the US, dates with Alan Jackson along with Festival appearances including CMA Fest.

Tickets are on sale now.
