Story by Jack Foley

LILY Allen and Dizzee Rascal have announced two co-headline UK arena dates in March 2010.

The duo will play Manchester MEN Arena on March 5 and London’s O2 Arena on March 7, 2010.

Lily Allen, whose current album It’s Not Me, It’s You, has sold 1.5 million copies, was one of the big hits at this year’s Glastonbury Festival, T In The Park and V Festival.

Lily has recently returned from a sell-out tour of America and live dates in Australia and Japan. She says: “I’m really looking forward to playing these special shows – I’m a massive fan of what Dizzee does.”

Dizzee Rascal, meanwhile, saw his fourth album Tongue n Cheek chart this week at No. 3.

He commented: “Lily and I have both worked well in the past so it’s no doubt these shows will be nights to remember.”

Tickets for both shows go on sale on Friday, October 9 at 9am. However, fans can buy tickets from October 7 when they pre-order Lily Allen’s new special edition CD/DVD of her album It’s Not Me, It’s You from HMV.

The album will be available to pre-order from Monday, September 28 and is released through Regal Records on November 16.
