Martine McCutcheon announces five UK dates (2017)

Story by Jack Foley

WITH the imminent release of her first album of original music in over 15 years, Lost and Found (out August 11, 2017 on BMG), and her new single Say I’m Not Alone, Martine McCutcheon has announced five UK dates for this autumn, including a show at the Islington Assembly Hall.

Now 41, happily married, mother of a two-year-old, the time felt right to return to the studio. Martine has co-written most of the songs on the new album with her husband, the multi-instrumentalist/vocalist Jack McManus, and she has never sounded better!

New single Say I’m Not Alone is a song like nothing Martine has ever recorded before; big, bold, brash, merging clanging guitars, thumping drums and a hard hitting lyric.

Other album highlights include the rocky Any Sign Of Life, Stay With Me (which is a duet with Jack) and album closer Rebellion.

The UK tour dates are (all November 2017)

8 – Guildford, G Live
10 – Gateshead, Sage 2
12 – Warrington, Parr Hall
13 – Birmingham, Town Hall
14 – London, Islington Assembly Hall

Tickets go on sale on Friday, June 16 at 10am.
