Meat Loaf confirms last ever UK tour dates for 2013

MEAT Loaf has confirmed details of what will be his last tour of the UK ever.

The legendary singer will play dates in Newcastle, Nottingham, London and Cardiff in April 2013, during which he will perform his classic album Bat Out Of Hell in full.

The singer will also perform a selection of greatest hits spanning his entire career during the show of two halves.

Commenting on the Last At Bat tour, Meat Loaf said: “When Jim [Steinman] and I first came together, we couldn’t have dreamt the profound effect Bat Out Of Hell would have on both our lives, and the lives of our fans around the world. I know the fans will enjoy the show as much as I enjoyed putting it together.”

The tour dates are (all April 2013):

5 – Newcastle Metro Arena
7 – Glasgow SECC
10 – London The O2
12 – Birmingham LG Arena
14 – Nottingham Capital Fm Arena
17 – Manchester Arena
19 – Sheffield Motorpoint Arena
21 – Cardiff Motorpoint Arena

Tickets for all dates go on sale this Friday, December 21 at 9am.
