Muse fans arrange Trafalgar Square sing-along

Muse

Story by Jack Foley

A FANSITE devoted to Muse is planning to mark the band’s two Wembley Stadium shows this summer by organising a mass sing-along in London’s Trafalgar Square ahead of the gigs.

Muselive.com is encouraging fans to assemble on June 15, the day before the first show, for a get together that will last from 6pm until 9pm on the day.

Anyone wishing to exercise their vocal chords and demonstrate their support for Muse must register with Muselive.com to attend.

The site will then poll fans in March to choose which 10 songs they will be singing. For more information and to register your interest go to Trafalgarmusefans.com

The singalong is being held to raise funds for Devon-based charity The Helen Foundation.

In what is proving to be a hectic summer schedule for Muse themselves (as well as fans), they’ll be playing the two dates at Wembley as part of a UK tour, as well as making festival appearances at The Isle of Wight Festival, Oxegen and (hopefully), the Live Earth concert in support of the environment.

  1. I would like to make the following clarifications to this story:

    1) Muselive are supporting the event, but it has been organised by Trafalgarmusefans.com, headed by 18 year old Paris Valentine

    2) You can ONLY register at trafalgarmusefans.com

    3) Songs have already been chosen and are up on the website

    4) Money is also being raised for Cancer Research UK and the MS society.

    Thanks
