New Kids On The Block unite with No Surrender charity

New Kids On The Block

Story by Jack Foley

NEW Kids On The Block (NKOTB) have teamed up with the No Surrender Charitable Trust for a very special auction – giving fans the chance to win a piece of musical history and help young people with cancer into the bargain!

NKOTB invited No Surrender backstage to their dressing room at the O2 Arena and drew a one-off self portrait – and bidding has already reached over £1,000!

The marker pen used, which somehow found itself in Donnie Wahlberg’s underwear, is also attracting heavy bids of several hundred pounds.

Jason Boas set up the No Surrender charity and it’s sister-social network site in 2007, after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at only 33.

The charity, helped by its trustees and supporters including KT Tunstall and Maximo Park, has since raised an overwhelming £150,000.
