AFTER selling five million albums worldwide, scoring seven smash hit singles and sold out tours from Milwaukee to Manila, the voice of the Pussycat Dolls is set to break out on her own.

Nicole Scherzinger, the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls, flies solo for the release of her new single Baby Love on November 5, through Interscope Records.

The single has been produced by Will I Am and is a mid-tempo, hook-laden joint that’s designed to propel Nicole straight to the top of the charts.

Nicole, who is of Filipino, Hawaiian and Russian descent, was born in Hawaii and raised in Kentucky. Still only in her mid-20s, Nicole has already guested on tracks by artists as diverse as rapper P.Diddy and Italian tenor, Vittorio Grigolo.

Nicole’s debut solo album Her Name Is Nicole is set for release in early 2008 and includes all but two tracks co-written by the singer herself.

It also features an all-star cast of songwriters and producers from the world’s of hip hop, rock and pop.

Timbland provides the club jam with Physical while Gary Lightbody from Snow Patrol produces the haunting alt-rock ballad Just Say Yes.

Nicole collaborated with Akon on the uptempo Puakenikeni, which is named after a Hawaiian flower, and elsewhere Polow Da Don, Pharrell and Ne-Yo contribute tracks.
