Reading/Leeds Festival line-up (2006)

PEARL Jam (pictured), Muse and Franz Ferdinand have been confirmed as headline acts for this year’s Reading and Leeds Festivals (2006).

They will be joined by an electrifying line-up including Kaiser Chiefs, Audioslave, Placebo, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Raconteurs, Primal Scream, Arctic Monkeys, The Streets, Dirty Pretty Things and Maximo Park.

Taking place between August 25 and 27 at Richfield Avenue in Reading and Bramham Park in Leeds, the three-day festival will also feature a host of emerging acts, including Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, The Cribs and The Rakes.

Tickets for the festivals went on sale from 7.30pm on Monday, April 3 and all weekend passes sold out in record time.
