Rolling Stones announce UK & European dates (2007)

THE Rolling Stones have announced details of a summer European tour, including a headline slot at The Isle of Wight Festival and a night at London’s O2 Arena.

A total of 20 dates have been revealed, including the band’s first festival headline slot since Knebworth in August 1976. They’ll play The Isle of Wight on June 10.

The group then bring their tour to a spectacular close with a show at London’s 02 Arena (formerly the Millennium Dome) on August 21.
