Royal Blood announce third date at Alexandra Palace due to demand

Story by Jack Foley

ROYAL Blood have added a third night at London’s huge 10,000 capacity Alexandra Palace due to phenomenal public demand after the previous two shows sold-out months in advance.

Tickets for the new show on November 22, 2017 are on sale now, and the line-up is completed by special guests At The Drive In and support from Black Honey.

The announcement comes as Royal Blood’s second album, How Did We Get So Dark?, continues to go from strength-to-strength.

The duo discovered that the album went straight to No.1 in the UK during their blistering Glastonbury set. It inspired NME to state that Royal Blood ‘tore up Worthy Farm’s biggest stage with a storming performance’, while the BBC picked them as the one rock band with the potential to be a future Glastonbury headliner.

Having also recently played Radio 1’s Big Weekend and the Eden Sessions, Royal Blood’s forthcoming international festival schedule travels as far afield as Summer Sonic in Japan and Splendour In The Grass in Australia.

They’re also confirmed to join Queens Of The Stone Age as special guests on a major North American tour throughout September and October.

Royal Blood will then return to play their first full UK and Ireland arena tour in support of the album in November.
