Sinéad O’Connor announces Crazy Baldhead tour of London
Story by Jack Foley
Sinéad O’Connor releases her new single 4th And Vine (through One Little Indian) on January 24, 2013 and she will also be playing a series of four very special shows in London.
The gigs take place between November 2012 and March 2013 at personally chosen spaces culminating in a final headline show at the Barbican.
In a nod to one of her musical heroes, Bob Marley, Sinéad has called it the Crazy Baldhead tour.
Sinéad presents songs from her latest album, How About I Be Me (And You Be You)?, alongside classics from her 25-year career in an intimate acoustic set at LSO St Luke’s on Thursday, January 17, 2013 – also featuring a few fan-favourite rarities.
On Wednesday, March 27, the Barbican Hall plays host to one of the biggest shows in the capital in years, as she is joined by her new seven-piece band.
The other two dates take place at St Pancras Church in Euston on November 15, 2012, and at the Elgar Room at the Royal Albert Hall on February 15, 2013.
