The Automatic to tour UK Students' Unions (2008)

THE Automatic have been confirmed as the next act to grace the uLive stages of Students’ Unions across the UK.

With their bold second album This Is a Fix just released, fans will be able to see The Automatic as they’ve never seen them before.

The band will be playing a total of 16 dates at students’ unions around the country, including venues in High Wycombe and Reading.

The tour dates are (all November 2008):

6 – Bath Students’ Union
7 – Coventry, Warwick Students’ Union
8 – Guildford, Surrey Students’ Union
10 – Norwich, The Waterfront
11 – Colchester, Essex Students’ Union
12 – Uxbridge, Brunel Students’ Union
13 – High Wycombe, Bucks Students’ Union
15 – Hatfield, University of Hertfordshire
16 – Leeds University Union, Stylus
17 – Hull University Union
19 – Bournemouth, The Old Fire Station
20 – Reading Students’ Union
21 – Derby Students’ Union

The main support for the tour is Nick Harrison. Signed to A&M, Nick recently released a download-only single called Oi Rude Boy, which Jo Whiley adopted and played a number of times on Radio 1.
