The Gaslight Anthem announce new LP and UK dates (2014)

THE Gaslight Anthem have announced details of a new album and a European tour, including a date at London’s Alexandra Palace.

The New Jersey outfit’s fifth album will be called Get Hurt and is released on August 18 through Virgin EMI.

Produced by Mike Crossey (Arctic Monkeys, The 1975, Jake Bugg), the new album follows 2012’s Handwritten and will reportedly find The Gaslight Anthem drawing on influences from folk, punk and Americana.

Tickets for The Gaslight Anthem’s European tour this winter go on sale at 9am on Wednesday, June 18.
