The Killers to headline British Summertime in Hyde Park (2017)

Story by Jack Foley

THE Killers are the latest act to be confirmed to headline British Summer Time at London’s Hyde Park.

The Las Vegas outfit will play the venue on Saturday, July 8, 2017, with a massive line-up of support acts. They’ll be joined by Elbow, Tears For Fears and White Lies.

Returning to the capital to air new material along with highlights from their vast back catalogue, the band will top the bill on what will be their only UK Festival date of 2017.

To make the occasion one to remember, electro-pop veterans Tears For Fears – who are a direct influence on The Killers – will be playing their first London gig in 12 years.

Tickets are on pre-sale now and will go on general sale from 9am on Friday, January 27.

The Killers join previously-announced BST headliners Justin Bieber, Phil Collins, Green Day, Kings Of Leon and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers.
