The Killers to headline Isle of Wight Festival 2013

THE Killers will headline next year’s Isle of Wight Festival (2013), it has been announced.
The Las Vegas band will top the bill on Saturday, June 15, according to promoter John Giddings.
Announcing the news in a statement, Giddings said: “We are proud to bring one of the world’s greatest rock bands of the last decade to our small island off the South Coast of England. Thanks for coming – it will be a weekend to remember!”
The Killers complete the headline acts for next year’s event, along with The Stone Roses and Bon Jovi.
Other confirmed artists include Jake Bugg, The Script, Paloma Faith, Ellie Goulding, fun., Blondie and Republica.
The Isle of Wight Festival takes place at Seaclose Park, Newport, from June 13-1 and tickets, which are available now, are priced at £75 for an adult day ticket and £185 for an adult weekend camping ticket, with concessions available.
