The Streets announce early 2019 UK tour dates

MIKE Skinner has announced The Streets will embark on a new run of UK dates in early 2019.

The news arrives fresh off the back of his sold out The Darker The Shadow The Brighter The Light tour, which saw them perform across 12 cities in the UK & Europe this month.

The 11 shows announced today will commence in Birmingham on January 18, 2019, and per last week’s run, will close with three London O2 Brixton Academy appearances.

The full list of tour dates is as follows (all January and February 2019)

18 & 19 – Birmingham O2 Academy
21 – Glasgow O2 Academy
25 & 26 – Manchester O2 Apollo
28 – Newcastle O2 Academy
29 – Sheffield O2 Academy
31 – Bournemouth O2 Academy

2, 3 & 5 – London O2 Academy Brixton

Tickets will go on sale at 9:30am on Friday, May 4. There will be a purchase limit of two tickets per person.

On each of the recent tour dates, The Streets performed all the greatest hits from his extensive back catalogue of albums, including The Hardest Way To Make An Easy Living, Everything is Borrowed, Computers and Blues, A Grand Don’t Come For Free and Original Pirate Material.
